Keeping it Real.

Lauren Fleshman. A running role model for me... and now a role model of strength. Its amazing that even those we deem "most fit" or "most beautiful" struggle with self image. Negative self image effects women of all ages, shapes, lifestyles, and popularity. It's such a real thing. I encourage you to take Lauren's words.
